This place is simply unique. We loved being able to disconnect from the world in such a pristine environment. In the morning, the sunrise from our terrace was a silent and majestic spectacle. We also spent an evening observing the stars and the Milky Way, without any light pollution, just us and infinity.

The Vanilla breakfast was excellent, but it was the little details that impressed us the most: the bundles of vegetables tied with real pods, the subtle aromas, the simplicity of the service.

Here, nothing is flashy. Everything is just right. A big thank you for this moment of beauty.

When we came here, we had no idea that vanilla had such a rich and complex history. The tour of the plantation, conducted with intelligence and passion, completely captivated us. You can feel the respect for the natural rhythm and the care taken at every step of the process.

The lunch that followed was a true homage to vanilla: from the delicately flavored vol-au-vent with melting duck, to the creamy homemade vanilla ice cream... each dish was balanced and subtle.

The lodges are superb, perfectly integrated into nature, spacious and warm. A sincere place, without artifice, where everything has meaning.

The Domaine d'Ambohimanitra is not just a place of accommodation: it's a place of calm, balance, and attentiveness. We were touched by the purity of the landscape and by the design of the lodges, discreet, open to nature, and perfectly thought out.
The vanilla-flavored lunch deeply moved us. The duck in a mild sauce, the vegetables tied with pods, and then the ice cream that melts in the mouth without being too sweet... everything is delicate, sincere, and perfect. 

After the tour, we spent a long time walking alone in the plantation, listening to the rhythm of the wind in the leaves.

Everything at Domaine d'Ambohimanitra is carefully thought out. The tranquility that reigns there is a true luxury. No unnecessary noise, only natural sounds. The lodges are designed with rare precision: noble materials, well-oriented windows, beds facing the horizon.

We admired the sunrise every morning, then took the time to savor every moment. The vanilla-scented breakfast was excellent, with a special mention for the ice cream, not overdone, very balanced.

What we appreciated most was the coherence of the place: nothing is left to chance, everything is in its rightful place.
